物流費用分析 

常見的物流費用包括以下幾種：

海洋運費：OceanFreight, 從裝運港到卸貨港的海洋運輸費用，按照貨物運輸方式及性質(zhì)計價方式回不一樣，如集裝箱運輸，按照每個集裝箱收費，集裝箱分為普通干箱（General Purpose, Dry）和特種集裝箱，按照集裝箱大小分為20’, 40’, 20’H(High, 高箱), 40’H(High,高箱)，45’等；特種集裝箱分為掛衣箱、平板箱、框架箱、冷凍箱、開箱、半封閉箱等如果為散貨運輸（拼集裝箱），按照重量或者立方米計價，通常輕貨（體積較大）按照每立方米計價，特殊尺寸貨物、超重貨物、危險品貨物由于裝箱、配載困難通常會加倍計費如果大宗散貨則照噸計費，并產(chǎn)生平倉費、洗倉費等 

海洋運輸附加費：FrightSurcharge, 當船公司營運出現(xiàn)虧損時或者特殊情況通常用附加費的方式調(diào)節(jié)，如BAF, FAS, DDC等，通常按照每個集裝箱計價隨海洋運費收取

航空運費：AirFreight,

空運附加費：FrightSurcharge，發(fā)生航空運費時，航空公司需要調(diào)節(jié)運價或者特殊情況下會產(chǎn)生空運附加費，常見的如燃油附加費、戰(zhàn)爭險附加費等

換(抽)單費：DocumentFee,船公司委托代理（船代）換單時，代理通常收取服務(wù)費用，按照每個提單收取，如果貨物有兩個以上承運代理，可能會產(chǎn)生兩個以上換單費，一般收取100-200元人民幣不等 

碼頭附加費：TerminalHandling Charge, 海港碼頭經(jīng)營需要時經(jīng)政府批準會收取THC, 通常由船公司轉(zhuǎn)嫁給貨主，目前上海港按照RMB370/20’,RMB560/40’，RMB10-15/CBM收取THC

分撥費：Bulk-breaking,多見于海運拼箱進口，承運人拆箱并將貨物分開在保稅倉庫，產(chǎn)生分撥費，通常按照計費噸（重量噸或者立方）計算，有些還有最低計費標準 

報關(guān)費：CustomsBrokerage Fee, 進（出）口報關(guān)時，報關(guān)行收取代理報關(guān)服務(wù)費用

代理服務(wù)費：ServiceCharge, 代理商提供服務(wù)時收取費用 

通訊快件費：Telex Fee, Express Fee, 客戶需要額外服務(wù)（如提單電報放貨或者提單原件快件寄發(fā)）產(chǎn)生的費用 

檢驗檢疫費：QuarantineFee, 國檢局按照法定檢驗檢疫商品及包裝實施檢驗檢疫收取法定費用 

熏蒸費：FumigationFee,對于舊機器、木質(zhì)包裝、疫區(qū)貨物等法定情況下必須經(jīng)過檢驗檢疫局指定的機構(gòu)處理產(chǎn)生的費用 

報檢費：CIQBrokerage Fee, 進（出）口報檢時，報檢行收取代理報檢服務(wù)費用 

查驗費：InspectionService Fee, 進（出）口報關(guān)報檢時，海關(guān)或者檢驗檢疫局需要查看貨物，產(chǎn)生規(guī)費（按每天收取，如50元/日），查驗時，要求貨主或其代理人到場，由于搬運、場地、短駁、陶箱、勞力等費用產(chǎn)生查驗費用統(tǒng)稱查驗費

壞污箱費：Container Damage Fee, 集裝箱卸貨時，由于貨主卸貨時產(chǎn)生箱體損壞或者油污，通常會產(chǎn)生修理或者清洗費用，貨主卸貨前和卸貨完畢后要注意檢查箱體，確認是否由于己方責任，并在集裝箱單交結(jié)單據(jù)上簽字，并要求留下一聯(lián)作為參考 

港建港雜費：HarborCharge，按照規(guī)定，港口當局收取港建、港雜費用，收費通常公布，不同港區(qū)收費不同 

大件處理費：WeightPackage Handling Charge, 港口當局處理大件非集裝箱貨物，由于動用到特殊設(shè)備及港口設(shè)施（如岸吊、船吊、過駁），根據(jù)貨物大小及處理時間，產(chǎn)生大件處

費，特別常見于大型機械設(shè)備采用非集裝箱班輪運輸?shù)惹闆r 

疏港費：DemurrageCharge, 由于港口容量有限，通常給與港口貨物一定的免費保存期，超過期限，貨物會被轉(zhuǎn)到港口附近的堆場，產(chǎn)生貨物的上下車費及短駁費，統(tǒng)稱為疏港費

租箱費：OvertimeUsage Charge, 由于船公司要求集裝箱盡快投入新的循環(huán)使用，通常給貨主免費使用期，從集裝箱卸到岸上開始計算，超過一定期限，收取超期使用費，超期過長，超期使用費還會產(chǎn)生加倍，不過，長期客戶可以申請適當減免

堆場費：TerminalCharge, 集裝箱由于查驗、疏港、內(nèi)陸監(jiān)管等進入堆場，堆場會收取場地使用費及服務(wù)費 

上下車費：Loading/UnloadingCharge，集裝箱從地上到車上，或者從車上到地上，由于用到集裝箱吊車，產(chǎn)生上下車費或者落箱費 

裝箱費：Box-upFee, 如果需要服務(wù)提供商提供裝箱（貨物裝到集裝箱內(nèi)）服務(wù)，會產(chǎn)生裝箱費用 

理貨費：TallyFee, 港口當局根據(jù)法規(guī)，對入港貨物清理檢查貨物是否與提單一致，產(chǎn)生理貨費 

汽代費：TruckAgent Fee, 由港區(qū)汽運代理安排調(diào)度，產(chǎn)生汽代費，通常在進口集裝箱內(nèi)陸運輸算在包干費內(nèi) 

內(nèi)陸運費：InlandFreight, 指內(nèi)陸卡車或者其他交通工具將貨物從碼頭運輸?shù)截浿鲌鏊�產(chǎn)生運費 

包干費：LumpSum Charge, 為了簡化費用計算貨者某些行業(yè)習慣，通常由物流服務(wù)商提供一個包干價，包括一些正常必須發(fā)生的費用，但是非正常費用除外，比如在海運集裝箱運輸中，有些服務(wù)提供者將進口報關(guān)費、港建港雜費、汽代費、理貨費、內(nèi)陸運費打包在一起按照每個集裝箱報價

倉儲費：StorageFee, 進出口貨物如果貨物在倉庫拆箱后貨物保存在保稅倉庫、普通貨物保存在一般倉庫的倉儲費，按照物流單元及倉儲時間計費 

進出倉費：Warehousingin/out Fee, 貨物進出倉庫，倉庫提供鏟車、搬運、除帳等活動，收取進倉費或者出倉費 

小件裝車費：TruckLoading Fee，散件貨物在第三方場所需要裝車，會產(chǎn)生裝車力資費

貼標簽費：Labeling& Marking Fee ，倉庫經(jīng)營者根據(jù)客戶需求提供貨物加貼標簽或者刷嘜頭收取標簽費或者刷嘜頭費
